INSTRUCTIONS
TASKS
In the first week, we formed a group of 4 to 5 people. I was in a group with Adriel, Clay, and Azriq.
TASK 1
On the first task, we're to analyze the Google Analytics data

TASK 2
In weeks 1-2, we start brainstorming all the potential brands that we can collaborate with to help create the social media post. After some brainstorming, I and other teammates agree that we will focus more on F&B and beauty brands. Right after that, we start listing the brands' names and reach out to each of them. Finally, we received a fast reply from a local skincare brand, Kyut Skin.
We then proceed to analyze Kyut Skin's social media and content. Then set up an online meeting with one of the founders to show our proposal and discuss about our upcoming content ideas.

After the meeting, I assigned each of us to list down our rough ideas for the feed and video content. Below are our draft ideas:

From our previous ideas, we then had a group meeting with the 4 of us to further discuss which content should we go for. After choosing some, we each write down our remaining final ideas with its description and references. Finally, we had a meeting with Ms. Fathin to propose our content ideas and asked for her feedback on them.

Week 2 Post
We were supposed to post on week 1 however there were some issues, like delayed meetings and responses, that required us to move our first content to week 2. For my post design, I go for a cute-illustrative style with soft colors to match Kyut Skin's image. Other than that, I decided to illustrate the sun stick here, as it suits the theme. Below are my carousel post design for "Skincare Dictionary".
After finalizing my design, I asked for feedback from the Kyut Skin team and they liked it so much and decided to post it in their feeds.
Week 3 Post
In week 3, I designed an engaging content, "Guess the Word" game. I tried different vibrant colors here, as Ms. Fathin previous feedback on other teammate's post were to explore other colors than only using Kyut Skin's OG color palette.
Following her feedback, I created the design with a vibrant bright pink color, which I love so much, and think that it still suits Kyut Skin's style. Below are some of my color-testing draft:

REFLECTIONS
Experience
I had a very fun and interesting experience on this module. I learned how to work and create content for a real client, which was a great challenge and learning opportunity. Coming up with content ideation was actually way more fun than I ever imagined. I also discovered that I love designing social media content so much! It's like I found my new hobby and interest. However, I did experience some hard times managing my group.
Observation
I observe that a brand's social media content does really matter in terms of building its awareness and identity. Other than that, creating content that is unique and suitable to a brand's image is a hard task.
Findings
I found that our group lacked in many aspects, such as teamwork and communication. I rarely received quick replies from some members, which made it difficult to coordinate our efforts. We also had trouble getting replies from brands that we reached out to at first, which delayed the creation of our content. Additionally, we had a tendency to lose track of deadlines.
